- Validating our WCM structure and resources to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- Assessing plant employees' WCM capabilities and developing tailored training programs to address identified gaps.
- Implementing World Class Manufacturing methodologies to achieve targeted cost reductions and enhance customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records of our continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking analysis and trend identification.
About You:
- University degree (BSC; B.Eng.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a production or process discipline within a continuous process manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of working with continuous improvement programs like World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Control.
- Strong coaching and development skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
