Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team as a Wine and Spirits Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, analyzing sales performance trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Main Duties:
  1. Market development and research to identify new business opportunities
  2. Plan and execute sales calls, routes, and servicing cycles to promote products
  3. Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate product promotions and activations
  4. Manage stock levels and resolve any issues related to the supply chain
  5. Provide input to problem solving in the supply and distribution chain

Requirements:

  • Matriculation certificate or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in liquor sales to the on-consumption market
  • Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits categories and consumption preferences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with technology
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
