Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Advisor to provide business development services to micro and small enterprises. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises.
- Conducting Business Diagnostics using relevant tools.
- Facilitating and managing the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies.
- Monitoring and evaluating the improvement of client business position.
You will work closely with our team to identify business needs and develop effective solutions. Your ability to analyze complex business issues and provide innovative solutions will be essential to the success of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Matric (NQF level 4) plus Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business.
- 3 – 5 years' relevant work experience, where at least 2 years' experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector.
- Critical competencies including customer orientation, sound written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, analytical skills, time management, goal orientation, team player, planning and organizing, project management, decision-making, financial and business acumen.
