Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with learners to review and moderate their work, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that promote excellence in education.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CTU's vision, ethos, and values, incorporating these principles into all aspects of moderation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on learner progress and achievements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education or related field (NQF 7 or higher).
  • Registered Moderator certification (SAQA ID 48573) and relevant experience in systems support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with experience in maintaining accurate records and databases.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
