Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to spearhead various aspects of our business operations in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a Strong Brand Presence: Develop strategies to enhance the visibility and recognition of our brand as the premier choice among competitors in the South African market.
  2. Business and Marketing Plan Development: Formulate comprehensive plans to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure sustainable growth for South Africa.
  3. Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and distribute products across various retail channels.
  4. Distribution Network Expansion: Strategize and execute initiatives to ensure widespread availability of product in key retail outlets throughout South Africa.
  5. Social Media Management: Collaborate with appointed social media agencies to curate engaging content, manage online presence, and leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the South African economy and distribution landscape. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and must possess the ability to work autonomously while consistently adding value to our brand.
