Job Summary

We have a vacancy for an Administrative Support for Equipment Claims at AFGRI Equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role involves obtaining claim forms and relevant documentation from clients.
  • Register new claims within 24 hours.
  • Daily tasks include processing, tracking, recording, and ensuring timely settlement of claims.
  • Capturing, updating, and storing claims on the Cardinal administration system daily.
  • Provide feedback to clients and relationship managers or assistants on claims progress.
  • Support Underwriting functions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with FSCA and FAIS regulations.
  • Report customer complaints to Head Office daily.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Five years' experience in short-term insurance.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • FAIS accreditation (Level RE 5).
  • FSCA recognised qualification.
  • Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.
