Administrative Support for Equipment Claims

Job Summary
We have a vacancy for an Administrative Support for Equipment Claims at AFGRI Equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role involves obtaining claim forms and relevant documentation from clients.
- Register new claims within 24 hours.
- Daily tasks include processing, tracking, recording, and ensuring timely settlement of claims.
- Capturing, updating, and storing claims on the Cardinal administration system daily.
- Provide feedback to clients and relationship managers or assistants on claims progress.
- Support Underwriting functions as required.
- Ensure compliance with FSCA and FAIS regulations.
- Report customer complaints to Head Office daily.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Five years' experience in short-term insurance.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- FAIS accreditation (Level RE 5).
- FSCA recognised qualification.
- Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.
