Lead For Ghana is a leading social enterprise dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders, advancing knowledge and technology, and optimizing organizational performance.

We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Executive Officer who will be charged with defining and overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams to results in increasingly complex circumstances and be able to develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Organizational Leadership: Work in tandem with our Advisory Board of Directors to set the vision and strategy for the organization. Build a results-driven national board with members who have the influence and networks necessary to help achieve our goals.
  2. External Engagement & Outreach: Cultivate strong relationships with strategic external stakeholders and evolve a strategy for maintaining and growing these relationships.
  3. Operations and Resource Management: Develop and oversee organizational policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in business administration, education or policy a plus.
  2. Experience building strong relationships with a broad base of stakeholders.
  3. Proven track record of managing a team to results in increasingly complex circumstances highly preferred.
