Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Mediclinic International. As a key member of our Cardiology ICU team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Cardiology ICU.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Contribute to a learning environment that fosters staff development and competence.
- Ensure accurate charging of stock and equipment.
Essential Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in General Nursing
Desired Requirements:
• Midwifery qualification
• Postgraduate certificate/diploma in a relevant specialty area
• 1 year of post-graduate qualification experience in a specialized unit
Key Skills and Knowledge- Infection prevention and control
- Pharmacology
- Scientific nursing principles and processes
- Nursing processes and procedures
- Basic life support training (ACLS, ATLS, PALS)
