  • Grade 1
  • Degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management/Business Management preferred
  • Minimum 8 years senior management experience in hard and soft FM services, with at least 5 years in contract management
  • Hard and soft services operational knowledge advantageous
  • Experience managing commercial and contractual elements
  • Proven ability in managing resources and subconsultants
  • Experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability
  • Advanced computer skills, including presentation material
