Your Mission:

  • Maintain a seamless supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Closely monitor stock, sales, and margins to meet key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to optimize sell-through and minimize markdowns.
  • Stay ahead of future trends and merchandise effectively.

Your Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer, Merchandiser, or Category Manager.
  • A degree is beneficial, but relevant experience takes precedence.
  • Previous leadership experience is a significant advantage.
  • E-commerce or retail experience is highly valued.
  • Fashion-forward thinking is essential.
  • Retail math is your forte.
  • Strategic planning is your area of expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a competitive salary of R550,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
