Lead Product Manager: Machine Learning Roadmap

At JenRec Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our Machine Learning roadmap. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive business growth by leveraging the power of AI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and facilitate the delivery of the Machine Learning roadmap for our company's key AI focus areas.
  • Collaborate with our machine learning engineers to deliver projects reliably against projected roadmap timelines.
  • Drive adoption and integration of machine learning project outputs with internal software engineering teams.
  • Own and drive agile events like Sprint Grooming and Sprint Planning to facilitate project breakdown and effective sprint prioritisation.
  • Contribute to and challenge technical design decisions for relevant projects.
  • Ensure consistency of design patterns across your product portfolio.
  • Balance longer-term product vision and goals with short-term wins.
  • Take accountability for the overall delivery of each project committed to the roadmap.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders for specific vertical(s)/roadmap(s) are correctly identified and consulted.

Key Skills:
  • This is a broad portfolio, which requires a candidate with a broad range of skills and experiences.
  • Ability to distill technical subjects to their fundamental concepts.
  • Strong commercial acumen for understanding the factors driving business success in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Be comfortable with data deep-diving, individually and collaboratively, to generate product-level insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce uncertainty and set actionable deliverables.
