Job Description:
The Company Finance Support Staff role involves working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate financial recording, reporting, and administration. Key responsibilities include processing purchase requisitions, generating invoices and credit notes, and preparing various financial reports.
Key Accountabilities:
- Financial Recording:
- Process purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently.
- Generate invoices and credit notes promptly and professionally.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly Purchase Requisition report, Request-To-Order report, Travelling report, Fleet report, credit card report, employee expense claim report, and ad hoc reports as required.
- Send invoices with statements to customers in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support:
- Support the Finance team in gathering documents required for audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Update customer and supplier information on the system and maintain accurate records.
- Filer all finance documents and maintain a secure and organized filing system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Treasury:
- Prepare BOP forms, exchange control applications, and monthly journals: Vodacom & Fleet accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheet software.
