Job Description

The HC Recruit (Pty) Ltd seeks a skilled Chemist Nelspruit to join their team. As a key member of the production and quality control department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing all QC and formulation aspects regarding production. Your primary goal is to ensure the legal conformity of activities and align product registrations with the Technical Manager in line with the company's business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee laboratory and production operations.
  • Develop and implement new and improved product formulations.
  • Plan and execute product-related projects in line with company strategic initiatives.
  • Suggest improvements on formulations, processes, products, or new research lines.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • BSc Degree in Chemistry.
  • Minimum 4 years working/researching experience in the chemistry and/or agriculture industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
