Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. This includes managing and coordinating various operational tasks, such as staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate operational tasks: Oversee and manage various operational tasks, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Improve sales performance: Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Foster strong relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Grade 12: Possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Additional qualifications: Having additional relevant qualifications would be advantageous in this role.
  • Technical skills: Be proficient in operating balancing machines, alignment machines, and other technical equipment.
  • Soft skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
