Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Prospecting Experience: Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation through LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive phone presence.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and address individual needs.
- Target-Driven: Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to exceed goals.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
