Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in face-to-face or intermediary sales, preferably in short-term insurance
  • Strong understanding of Record of Advice and ability to work with it effectively
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships
  • Valid code B driver's license and reliable transportation

Deliverables:

  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets
  • Provided regular feedback to line management on performance and areas for improvement
