Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at The Legends Agency.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers and technicians in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects. This will include collaborating with senior management to develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards, and managing budgets and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • BEng (Civil) or equivalent degree.
  • Professional registration or registrability with ECSA as PrEng.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering design, management, and construction.
  • Extensive experience in construction of steel water pipeline, pump stations, reservoirs, abstraction works, and water treatment plants.
  • Proven track record in management and leadership within a consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and various civil and water design software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and blueprints.
