About the Position

The Group Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our luxury lodges, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals, collaborating with senior management to drive the broader goals of the group.
  2. Supply Chain Management: Ensure a seamless flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers, mitigating risks in the supply chain and establishing strong vendor relationships.
  3. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet customer expectations, driving the lodge's quality plan and implementing required standards.
  4. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, staying abreast of technological advancements to leverage cutting-edge tools.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 formal hotel/hospitality tertiary qualifications.
  • Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years general management experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record within a luxury lodge environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with financial acumen and a customer-centric approach.
