The Wright Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of financial activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Cash Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile cash books on a daily basis to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  2. Bank Movements and Cash Flow Forecasting: Update daily bank movements and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts to inform business decisions.
  3. Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Petty Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile petty cash accounts to ensure accurate recording of expenses.
  5. Journal Entries and Schedules: Process all required entries and journals, as well as prepare necessary schedules, to maintain accurate financial records.
  6. Credit Card and Fleet Card Reconciliation: Reconcile company credit cards and fleet cards to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  7. General Ledger Accounts and Schedules: Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare required schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  8. Investigations and Follow-ups: Investigate and follow up on material variances to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Customer Statements and Debt Collection: Provide customers with statements of account (SOA) and handle debt collection to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
