Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Handle repairs and servicing of hotel amenities, including doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects as required.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments to ensure prompt service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
