Multiskilled Handyman

Leeu Collection South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including painting, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including painting, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
• Repair and service hotel amenities such as doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman, technician, or in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
