About the Role
  • Conduct post-season analysis to inform operating plans.
  • Develop product mix plans at department level, considering customer needs, trend direction, competitive analysis, growth/exit of product categories, and determining product objectives.
  • Identify range structure, pricing strategy, and key price points.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail and brand ethos, demonstrated taste level, flair, and ability to interpret trends. You will be able to construct a balanced and profitable range, take a strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess strong business acumen.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant diploma (e.g., Design, Clothing Management, Retail Management).
  • 5+ years of clothing buying experience in retail.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail buying experience (clothing) with preferable girls' wear experience.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
