We're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. As a Precious Metal Extractor, you'll play a vital role in extracting valuable information from precious metal samples, using cutting-edge techniques and technology.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting valuable information from precious metal samples, using a range of techniques and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Extract precious metals from ore and concentrate samples using Fire Assay techniques.
  2. Measure and record sample weights, temperatures, and other relevant parameters.
  3. Operate specialized equipment, including furnaces, crucibles, and balances.
  4. Analyze data and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain expertise in Fire Assay analytical processes, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  7. Contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols, improving efficiency and effectiveness in laboratory operations.
  8. Participate in quality control and assurance initiatives, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations.
  9. Provide training and support to junior staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities, including test results, samples and equipment maintenance.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear and concise information about laboratory services and results.
