About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Benchmarking onsite merchandising best practices globally and developing data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure a flawless customer experience and sustainable growth.
  • Developing survey mechanisms and building strategies to optimize internal processes.
  • Summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Building trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support business decisions that promote improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A recent graduate or pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level C1 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in MS Office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields are desirable.
