Fibre Sales Representative Job Description

Employment Solution Management is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Fibre Sales Representatives. As a Fibre Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively canvas for new sales of the Fibre to the Home product suite to new clients by executing the sales strategy within predetermined coverage areas.
  • Achieve targets net of churn as well as campaign outcomes / target consistently as set out by Management.
  • Establish, maintain, expand, and take ownership of customer relationship.
  • Take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process.
  • Ensure lead management system (Solid) is updated and maintained accurately and timeously with all relevant information.
Requirements:
  • South African citizenship.
  • Currently Unemployed.
  • Between the ages of 18-34.
  • Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4.
  • Attended a Quintile 1,2,3 school or Recipient of a Child Support Grant.
