Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional customer service, sales growth, and store profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including customer service, sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and profitability, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Manage Inventory and Visual Merchandising: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize sales, while creating visually appealing displays and ensuring store presentation meets company standards.
  • Analyze Sales Data and Customer Feedback: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Control Costs and Optimize Store Operations: Control costs, manage budgets, and optimize store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Retail Management Experience: Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Retail Software and Technology: Proficiency in retail software and technology, with the ability to use data analytics to drive sales growth and profitability.
