Job Title: On the Road Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
Energy at Work Projects is seeking a highly motivated and experienced On the Road Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a well-developed existing client base in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage and grow a well-developed existing client base in the beauty industry.
- On the Road Sales: Conduct sales visits to clients, providing product knowledge and support to drive sales growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in on the road sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as business or sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using software applications, such as online ordering portals and CRM systems.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: The role will require frequent travel to clients' locations, with occasional overnight stays.
- Working Hours: The working hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm, with a 15-minute team huddle at 5 pm.
- Travel Requirements: The candidate must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
