Mixology Professional

The 80th Restaurant & Grill is seeking an experienced Mixology Professional to join our team. This role involves creating memorable bar experiences for customers by designing and serving innovative cocktails and beverages.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can prepare and present a variety of cocktails with creativity and precision. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar, and manage inventory effectively.

This position requires strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and liquor brands. A certificate or training in mixology or bartending is essential, as well as a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a bartender or mixologist.

• Prepare and serve creative cocktails to our customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitized and stored.
• Manage bar inventory, including ordering and tracking stock levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests to offer recommendations and ensure their satisfaction.
• Adhere to liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
