  • Meeting Room Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including document distribution and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric is essential; a Secretarial Certificate/Diploma is desirable.
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
