Job Title: New Vehicle Sales Selling Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Selling Manager to join our team in Parow.
Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales forecast.
- Develop a sales organisation to meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Ensure optimal stock levels of cars on premises.
- Control costs to budget within the department.
- Ensure adequate stocks of car and product display material are available.
- Review pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in deals to maintain dealership profitability.
- Monitor sales department financial performance weekly.
- Deal with customer complaints timeously and effectively.
- Ensure vehicle delivery according to Vehicle Delivery Quality Index (VDQI).
- Achieve CE departmental targets.
- Keep direct and indirect costs within Company prescribed parameters.
- Provide new model launch training to Sales Executives.
- Establish staffing levels and required training to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor floorplan activities.
- Keep stock levels within Company Policy.
- Maximise sale of back-end products.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of Grade 12.
- A minimum of 3 years in a Managerial Position within the motor vehicle industry.
- A Sales Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Sales management and marketing skills, knowledge, and experience.
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Manage, administer, and motivate a department and provide organisation, systems, and leadership.
- Motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
- Experience in procuring stock is essential.
