About the Job Description

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Creative Visionary and Layout Expert to join our team. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists and contributing to the success of our business.

This is an onsite role based in Sandton, working on US time (3 PM - 12 AM). You will oversee a team of approximately 15 artists, lead the layout artist team, and communicate training effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow within the department to ensure efficiency and implement measures to guarantee accurate and high-quality work.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by enforcing and maintaining high-quality standards consistently.
  • Ensure a 24-hour proof turnaround time while paying meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an art director or similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience with proficiency in Adobe Suite, CorelDraw, and Photoshop.
