About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years' experience within a processing environment and a comprehensive knowledge of shareholding. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Beneficial Ownership Registers and all supporting documents.
  2. Sending of letters and reminders for Beneficial Ownership Reporting.
  3. Submission of Beneficial Ownership Registers to CIPC.
  4. Communicating with clients and sending confirmation certificates.
  5. Filing of all Beneficial Ownership records.
  6. Maintenance, updating and upkeep of Beneficial Ownership Lists and Reports.
  7. Verification of Share Registers.
  8. Updating and capturing of Share Registers.
  9. Updating of GreatSoft.
  10. Assist with Annual Returns as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3 - 4 years' experience within a processing environment
  • Experience within an Audit and Accounting firm (preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of shareholding, particularly:
  1. Interpreting and understanding Share Registers
  2. Accurate capturing of historic shareholding
  3. Share allotments / transfers / buybacks
  4. Authorised share capital changes
Experience with Beneficial Ownership Reporting to CIPC (advantageous)Experience with Annual Returns and supporting documents (preparation and submission)Working knowledge of GreatSoft, Excel, Adobe, WordKnowledge of company legislationKnowledge of a business environmentMust keep abreast of industry changes and new developmentsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamSelf-motivatedAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesFast learnerTask orientedStructured and organizedWillingness to learnPositive attitude towards workClear communicationBuild and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
