About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years' experience within a processing environment and a comprehensive knowledge of shareholding. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Beneficial Ownership Registers and all supporting documents.
- Sending of letters and reminders for Beneficial Ownership Reporting.
- Submission of Beneficial Ownership Registers to CIPC.
- Communicating with clients and sending confirmation certificates.
- Filing of all Beneficial Ownership records.
- Maintenance, updating and upkeep of Beneficial Ownership Lists and Reports.
- Verification of Share Registers.
- Updating and capturing of Share Registers.
- Updating of GreatSoft.
- Assist with Annual Returns as and when required.
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 - 4 years' experience within a processing environment
- Experience within an Audit and Accounting firm (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of shareholding, particularly:
- Interpreting and understanding Share Registers
- Accurate capturing of historic shareholding
- Share allotments / transfers / buybacks
- Authorised share capital changes
