Call Center Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our CallForce team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences through the assessment and improvement of our call center's performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the quality of our call center's interactions with customers, using your expertise to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the quality of customer interactions, including calls and emails.
- Develop and implement quality standards and processes to ensure consistent high-quality interactions.
- Collaborate with site management to design and deliver training programs to improve customer-facing skills.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
