As a Registered Nurse at Transgenerational, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN with a strong background in ICU nursing to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse with valid APC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an ICU setting, preferably in a private hospital.
- ICU training or qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with doctors, patients, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
