About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the candidate to have a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management in a luxury, 5-star or boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with 5-star standards
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury, 5-star or boutique environment
