Job Title: Customer Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

The Recruitment Council is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing solutions to clients' financial needs, promoting and selling our client's comprehensive product range. Your role will involve developing new contacts and sales leads through internal campaigns and your own referrals, while upholding the highest standards of responsibility and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Banks sales strategy, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and capital take-up to achieve and exceed customer growth, revenue, and collections targets.
  • Meet individual activity metrics for all product lines and maintain accurate tracking of prospects and activities in the sales pipeline.
  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers through outbound calls and in-person visits, converting sales opportunities from customer queries, inbound requests, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers to generate new business and ensure compliance with marketing policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NQF 6 FSCA aligned qualification or business-related degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and client service experience.
  • Full Rep in all Product Categories.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent administrative and client-focused skills, proven ability to sell and close deals.
