As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment and maximum impact.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track progress, analyze results, and refine your strategy for optimal performance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or SDR roles.
  • Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus but not mandatory.
