Job Overview
Sovereign Foods Ltd, a leading national supplier of quality chicken products, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the company's centralized Accounts Payable function.
- Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and supplier terms.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Verify documentation for accuracy and take corrective action where necessary.
- Match invoices correctly to Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Process creditor's invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve account queries and report any discrepancies.
- Reconcile and prepare remittance for supplier payments according to agreed terms.
- Maintain clean aged analysis of suppliers and GRN Trial balance.
- Update supplier details on the system regularly.
Requirements
