Job Title: Senior Research Manager

As a Senior Research Manager at MetrixLab, you will be immersed in the research world and leverage your expertise to challenge conventional brand tracking studies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing guidance on study design and results interpretation. Internally, you will collaborate with Client Directors and peer Senior Research Managers to establish the gold standard for multi-country studies, while mentoring junior researchers on project deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Lead research projects and serve as the primary contact for specific client teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business issues and design research projects to address these challenges, presenting findings to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of junior researchers' project management, research design, and report writing skills.
  • Effectively coordinate with other teams, plan ahead to meet deadlines, and possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Participate in team events and contribute ideas to drive collaboration and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of experience in quantitative studies at a research agency.
  • 4+ years of experience working on brand health tracking research.
  • Experience in tackling clients' business questions and presenting findings to clients.
  • Solid foundational research knowledge and excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior researchers on project deliverables.
  • A can-do attitude and passion for brands and advertising.
  • Proficiency in French is a significant advantage; proficiency in another European language is also beneficial.
