Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you'll be more than just a salesperson – you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their insurance options and providing tailored solutions to ensure their peace of mind.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our range of products and services to educate clients on their benefits.
  • Harness your exceptional communication skills to drive new business and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, turning leads into loyal customers through relationship-building.
  • Understand the insurance and brokerage industry, including FAIS requirements, legal requirements, and technical insurance knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as MATRIC, Level 4 FETC Short-Term Insurance Qualification, and Advantage: Higher Certificate in Insurance (NQF5).

**Estimated Salary:** R200,000 - R300,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential.
