  • Coordinate shifts according to production requirements
  • Supervise production activities to guarantee timely completion and budget adherence
  • Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise
  • Analyze output data, including product quantities, defect rates, and other relevant metrics
Requirements:
  • National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role
  • Significant expertise in production planning and quality control
  • Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning and ERP systems
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills
