Key Responsibilities

The Master Scheduler is responsible for:

  • Analyzing customer needs and expectations to inform production planning.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce customer Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM).
  • Coordinating with transportation and delivery teams to ensure timely piece delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reports to stakeholders.
  • Driving the Master Production Schedule (MPS) process, ensuring alignment with FES requirements.
  • Monitoring and reporting on MPS adherence, MIP usage KPIs, and initiating improvement initiatives.
  • Managing inventory levels, including pool and safety stocks.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between sequencer and procurement processes.

This position demands excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and collaboration to drive business outcomes.
