About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Debtors Administrator to join our team at Club Travel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debtors accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage debtors accounts, ensuring all payments are received and allocated in a timely manner.
  • Process payments, including capturing of payments and charging of applicable fees.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and reconciliations.
  • Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with various departments within Club Travel, including banking and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Profin knowledge advantageous.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess effective organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks on deadline.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • An ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for information.
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service.
