Job Title: Technical Sales Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient sales professional to join our solar energy team at Profile Personnel. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively communicate the benefits of solar technology and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide customized solar solutions.
- Technical Consultation: Explain complex solar technologies and system components in a clear and accessible manner.
- Product Information: Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and performance data to clients.
- Sales Process Management: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
