VIP Host

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as VIP Hosts at SPECD (Pty) Ltd. As a VIP Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-end clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for them.

• Coordinate Club bookings and special requests for VIP clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned VIP players, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs are met.
• Communicate with VIP clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to understand their preferences and tailor their experience accordingly.
• Host events, coordinate VIP events, manage guest lists, and report back on VIP functions.
• Oversee comps and point balances, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Grow the VIP database through acquisition and retention strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement VIP promotions, requests, and experiences.
• Participate in the overall marketing calendar, strategy, and event planning annually.
• Provide management with daily, weekly, and monthly player reports, highlighting key trends and insights.

• Grade 12 or higher.
• 2 years' experience in a customer-focused role with Casino or VIP service knowledge required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
• Knowledge of the Betting or Casino industry.
• Ability to work weekends, shifts, and long hours, as required.
• Advanced computer skills required.

• Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable experience, and previous earnings.
