Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will drive revenue growth within a designated region by leading a team, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including administrative and reception staff, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and policymakers, to drive product adoption and advocacy.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Must have experience working for a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
  • A university degree/postgraduate in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field is desirable but not essential.
