About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Affinity Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, and provide general administrative support for projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
