Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the effective development and implementation of our digital portfolio strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital portfolio strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and roadmaps for technology investments and initiatives across local and global operations.
  • Lead the secure management of our digital portfolio to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Design and develop digital management frameworks and methodologies that promote best practices and efficient delivery.
  • Establish architecture standards and guidelines that support enterprise-wide IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain digital lifecycle documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and reference models.
  • Manage and track new technologies evaluated and proactively research and evaluate new digital solutions that benefit our organization.
  • Measure and track the adoption of new digital capabilities and their success in implementation.
  • Optimize time-to-adoption for new digital tools from identification to implementation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of digital portfolio frameworks and methodologies across local and global operations.
  • Identify and address architecture deviations in the digital lifecycle to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  • Measure the level of documentation completeness and comprehensiveness of our digital portfolio documentation.
  • Proactively manage and identify risks associated with our enterprise digital portfolio and collaborate closely with the Group Information Security Officer to ensure secure-by-design technical solutions.
  • Ensure assurance and compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry standards across the digital portfolio.
  • Develop strategies for digital protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity aligned with business imperatives.
  • Track and measure digital-related security findings to ensure a secure IT environment.
  • Measure the percentage of IT systems compliant with regulations to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Manage and measure the time to resolve digital-related security vulnerabilities.
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate strategic benefits and value of enterprise architecture to all levels across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT organization.
  • Promote agile methodologies to enhance delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and coach Analysts and Specialists to drive enterprise-wide IT initiatives.
