They will collaborate with the Group Clinical Pharmacist to implement medication utilization frameworks, standards, and systems across hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Patient Service Lines: The candidate will be responsible for leading designated patient service lines and therapeutic programs, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with Group Clinical Pharmacist: They will work closely with the Group Clinical Pharmacist to implement medication utilization frameworks, standards, and systems across hospitals.
- Oversee Pharmaceutical Services: The candidate will oversee pharmaceutical care services, direct patient care programs, medication utilization systems, and care areas to ensure alignment with patient care needs, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Review Patient Profiles: They will review and monitor patient profiles/charts to identify, prevent, or resolve drug-related issues, inappropriate medication use, dose selection errors, over-prescription, medication without indication, and treatment failures.
- Provide Pharmaceutical Services: The candidate will provide pharmaceutical services across the entire hospital facility, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reported on approved platforms and systems.
- B. Pharm and/or MSc (Med) Pharm or M. Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy)
- 5–7 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
- Hospital experience is essential
- Proven operational experience and application of clinical pharmacy expertise in a hospital environment
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
