Senior Quality Assurance Specialist for ECR Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Perfect Placement Recruitment. This role requires strong experience in managing quality systems, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance and Control Oversight: Lead and manage the QA/QC processes within the ECR system to ensure that all engineering changes meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing quality control processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all ECR documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored, adhering to both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to monitor and ensure that ECR-related changes are executed effectively and meet quality standards.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to internal teams on QA/QC processes, best practices, and compliance requirements related to ECR.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ECR Systems: Familiarity with Engineering Change Request processes and systems, and the ability to manage change control and documentation.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess and resolve quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex quality data clearly.
  • Education and Certifications: A bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Certifications in QA/QC (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you have the required skills and qualifications, please submit your application.
